We’re actively seeking a talented Total Rewards & Recognition Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC. The Total Rewards & Recognition Program Manager supports the development and delivery of Pacific Life’s enterprise recognition program and provides broad operational support across our Total Rewards programs in partnership with the SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards and her leadership team. This role ensures a high-quality employee experience through strong operational execution, financial accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR, Total Rewards, HRIS, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused approach with experience supporting employees and leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Awardco or another recognition platform, HR technology, compensation, or benefits programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Recognition Program Management Develop and deploy a global recognition program strategy
  • Continually assess effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for future enhancements
  • Manage operations of the Awardco recognition platform, including budgets, user setup, and system configuration
  • Partner with People Business Partners to effectively implement the program globally and track utilization
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance on reporting and reconciliations
  • Provide employee and manager support, troubleshooting, training, and processing of recognition requests
  • Serve as main point of contact for vendor partnership
  • Total Rewards Program Management Contribute to enterprise Total Reward strategies, communications, processes, policies and employee-facing resources (e.g., tuition reimbursement, life and work events, new hire programs, etc).
  • Support compensation programs including executive updates and summaries, job architecture updates, and communications.
  • Support benefits programs including data reviews, vendor reporting, eligibility audits, and open enrollment.
  • Oversee and maintain reports, analytics, and documentation across compensation, benefits, and recognition.
