The Total Rewards & Recognition Program Manager supports the development and delivery of Pacific Life’s enterprise recognition program and provides broad operational support across our Total Rewards programs in partnership with the SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards and her leadership team. This role ensures a high-quality employee experience through strong operational execution, financial accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional partnership.
