The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $145,000 - $165,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Job Architecture.
  • Proven expertise in skills frameworks, governance, and compensation program design.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for leaders.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (UKG, CompXL) and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key advisor on the future of Total Rewards, scanning trends and modeling scenarios to inform our multi-year roadmap.
  • Align job architecture with skills frameworks, ensuring equity, transparency, and agility in compensation practices.
  • Design and manage governance processes for job architecture and compensation decisions.
  • Partner with HRIS to integrate data and systems for accurate reporting and streamlined workflows.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and market adjustments.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
