Your Impact The Total Rewards Partner will play a critical role in developing and implementing the compensation and benefits strategy and processes for commercetools globally. In this role, you will provide guidance, support, and analytical expertise on compensation structures, benefits strategy, and incentive programs to enhance commercetools’ ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent. The Total Rewards Partner will report to the Global Director, Reward and Belonging. This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our Boston office.
