QinetiQ is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join our team. In this role, the Total Rewards Manager (Individual Contributor) will be a critical partner to the Director of Total Rewards, providing hands-on expertise and project leadership across compensation, benefits, HRIS (Success Factors), and acquisition-related initiatives. Supporting a mid-size government contracting organization, this role offers broad exposure and meaningful ownership across the Total Rewards function. Operating in a lean, collaborative environment, the Total Rewards Manager functions as a highly adaptable contributor who can step in to lead or support initiatives as business needs evolve, including growth through acquisitions and workforce changes driven by contract requirements.
