About The Position

The Total Rewards Manager provides strategic leadership over Bancroftʼs employee benefits programs while supporting the design and execution of the organizationʼs compensation strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring that total rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Total Rewards Manager partners crossfunctionally with leadership, payroll, HR, and external vendors to drive operational excellence, enhance the employee experience, and optimize benefits and compensation programs in support of the organizationʼs overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelorʼs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
