Additionally, the Lead manages day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards, while continuously seeking improvements to optimize the total rewards landscape. This position requires a person with a flexible, self-motivated work style, a positive, empathetic approach to people, and a desire to solve problems.
