The Total Rewards Analyst supports the design and implementation of and ongoing delivery of Burton's Total Rewards Strategy. This role supports the Director of Total Rewards and functions as the analyst providing data collection, analysis, and coordination to develop, maintain, and evolve Burton's Total Reward Strategy. The role involves maintaining accurate data across systems and supporting compensation analysis and reporting. Additionally, the Analyst collaborates with Business Partners, Talent and Operation teams to ensure integration and alignment of talent management and performance with rewards programs.
