Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Compensation (CCP) or Benefits (CBP) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Support the administration of Health and Welfare plans
  • Develop and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive plans, and bonus programs
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related issues
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to inform program design and adjustments
  • Manage and administer the global equity grant and ESPP programs including employee assistance, grant reporting analysis, recordkeeping, reconciliations, stock ownership tracking and vendor relationship management
  • Calculate annual profit sharing and true-up contributions for eligible participants
  • Reconcile bi-weekly HSA employee contributions and the annual lump sum company contribution
  • Provide ongoing support to both the Compensation director and Benefits Director on a variety of projects, including providing strategic input that impact Executive Compensation and benefits, advising senior executives on compensation related inquiries and other ad-hoc compensation related projects
