Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits.
  • Experience leading small projects required.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines.
  • Ability to balance multiple ambiguous projects concurrently.
  • Understands the importance of and demonstrates confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have unquestionable ethics and integrity with the willingness to stand firm on these principles even under significant pressure

Responsibilities

  • Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes such as benefits enrollment, 401(k), ESPP, etc.
  • Lead total rewards team projects from end to end such as intranet cleanup, policy cleanup, process improvement activities, etc.
  • Assist with year-end processes including auditing information.
  • Support compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees.
  • Organize and set up job description library.
  • Organize internal team shared files and determine significance of content.
  • Support the management of total rewards mailbox.
  • Assist in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team.
  • Support and own standard total rewards communications sent to employees.
  • Supports ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
