About The Position

Lead Transformation Through Total Productive Maintenance Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and empowering teams to own their processes and equipment? We’re looking for a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Leader who can champion a culture of continuous improvement, with a strong focus on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and robotic system performance. This is your opportunity to lead TPM strategy and execution in a high-impact manufacturing environment—contributing directly to our core purpose: Create a great place to work Enable long-term, profitable growth Deliver world-class customer satisfaction Make a positive impact on our communities What You’ll Do As TPM Leader, you’ll be a hands-on change agent, working across teams to: Lead TPM implementation across the site, with a strong emphasis on empowering operators through the AM pillar. Drive measurable improvements in OEE, process quality, and equipment uptime (especially robotic equipment like sagger machines and automated baggers). Train, coach, and energize cross-functional teams to embrace ownership, solve problems, and innovate. Build TPM standards, AM checklists, and KPIs—and track success across initiatives. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Shared Services to create a high-performance manufacturing culture. Lead operational studies, time studies, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) - required 3+ years of hands-on TPM experience in a manufacturing setting - required Proven success leading Autonomous Maintenance programs Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools A natural leader and team builder who can connect across levels and functions Strong communicator and strategic thinker Passion for developing others and promoting an outward mindset Data-driven decision-making skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role operates in both office and industrial environments (non-temperature controlled). Must be comfortable wearing PPE, climbing stairs/ladders, and occasionally working weekends or off-shifts. Some domestic travel may be required. Why Join Us? Requirements
