Requirements

  • A natural relationship-builder with strong verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives outdoors and enjoys working independently.
  • A professional image and mindset, with the perseverance to follow through.
  • A learner—ready to master industry knowledge and share it confidently with customers.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored pest and lawn solutions.
  • Conduct strategic cross-selling initiatives for our Envirolawn, Enviropest, and Termite Solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and referrals—no opportunity is too small.
  • Measure and analyze properties accurately to ensure service precision.
  • Maintain contact with sold customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive insights, and service offerings.
  • Manage your pipeline, complete sales reports, and support operational excellence.
  • Represent Waynes with pride and professionalism in everything you do.
