About The Position

The Spare Parts / Tool Crib Team Member is responsible for accurately managing departmental parts and supplies. Requirements

2+ years in administrative position
Must be proficient using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP experience a plus
Proficient in using standard office equipment (copier/scanner/fax, phones, computer

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of industrial maintenance spare parts – preferred
SAP System experience is preferred
Vaatz and GMMS system experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Daily Purchase Order Requests – using the SAP System, Vaatz System and obtaining quotes from vendors
Daily monitoring of the Daily Purchase Request Flowchart
Receiving/Returning of Spare Parts from the Receiving area
Maintain Computer Inventory of Spare Parts, confirming daily Spare Parts received and issued
Maintenance Budget monitoring – requests adjustments as needed to purchase Spare Parts, month end overage transfer requests
