Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. The Parts Clerk works closely with the Maintenance team and supports plant operations by maintaining accurate spare‑parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of components essential to minimizing equipment downtime. They are responsible for organizing, tracking, and replenishing spare parts while operating within established budget guidelines. This position also maintains accurate usage records to support monthly reporting and work‑order documentation.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, trades certificate classes preferred. Must be eighteen (18) years or older
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience, chemical or food production ideal.
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
  • Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Comfortable working with inventory systems and vendor coordination, SAP or CMMS experience helpful
  • Able to problem‑solve and prioritize needs in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure parts are available when needed.
  • Identifying and sourcing hard‑to-find components through alternative vendors.
  • Providing timely updates to the Maintenance Manager regarding delays or procurement issues.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting Department on month‑end processes and resolution of billing discrepancies.
  • Managing inventory within budgetary requirements and proactively communicate anticipated shortages or overages.
