About The Position

Tool Integration Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Tool Integration Analyst to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift. This role interacts with all parts of the Tooling Lifecycle and allows for creative process development and deployment, while working with diverse cross-functional teams. Day-to-day assignments may vary in complexity and priority supporting all levels of the organization’s strategy requiring a proactive problem solver. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with employees, external customers, peers, and all levels of leadership
• 1+ years of experience with aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to senior leaders
• 1+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years working in Maintenance, Reliability, or Equipment Engineering
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules
• Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams
• Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems
• Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information
• Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules
• Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures
• Performs tooling product order processing
• Prepares order packages for distribution
• Performs associated general administrative duties
• Manages electronic or physical drawings
• Works under general supervision

• Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Summary Pay Range: $68,850-$93,150
