About The Position

The Systems Integration Analyst will work with internal AbleNet business leads at the direction of the Manager, Business Systems to ensure all business systems are operational for day-to-day business specific to existing system integrations. The Systems Integrations Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the creation, development, and requirements gathering for all requests associated with various business units. The Systems Integrations Analyst will manage and be highly knowledgeable within Salesforce. In addition, the role is responsible for monitoring and anticipating potential integration issues and seeking resolutions both internally and externally with a high sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • Must be able to learn and work with key integration technologies (i.e. Acumatica, Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, JotForms, SoGo Surveys, etc.)
  • Must have ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software experience
  • Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Acumatica or similar ERP
  • Salesforce or similar CRM
  • BigCommerce eCommerce platform
  • Zapier
  • JotForms, 123Form Builder or other form building software
  • Experience with integrations between various business systems

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Business Systems to uphold and enhance organizational performance.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to fully understand scope of requests
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the AbleNet’s needs with a technology-based mindset
  • Manage and maintain technology integrations to support business systems while communicating impacts cross-departmentally
  • Assist with management of Vendors and assigned deliverables
  • Validate enhancements through requirements gathering and initial testing
  • Research technology solutions to enhance overall business unit use of core business systems
  • First line contact for internal users when issues within business systems are impacting job efficiency on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist with the continuity plans for all business systems
  • Anything else assigned by Manager, Business Systems
