Integration Analyst
About The Position
The EDI Analyst III serves as a technical expert for enterprise-level Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) initiatives. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and standards-compliant data integration solutions across clinical, revenue cycle, administrative, and third-party systems. The Analyst III acts as a thought leader for interoperability strategy, mentors junior staff, leads high-impact projects, and ensures compliance with federal and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic interfaces, strong architectural insight, and a deep understanding of healthcare data exchange frameworks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong experience in healthcare interoperability and Epic interfaces.
Requirements
- Deep Epic Bridges and interface engine experience (Corepoint, Rhapsody, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Cures Act, TEFCA, and interface configuration management
- Agile experience (story sizing, decomposition, stand-ups)
- 5–7+ years healthcare EDI experience with leadership capability

Responsibilities
- Lead complex EDI/interface initiatives (HL7, X12, FHIR, APIs)
- Own end-to-end EDI data reconciliation and integrity processes
