Requirements

Qualified candidates will have two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Issues calibrated instruments, tools, equipment, and consumables to workers and maintains logging records using computer and Cribware software.
Sends instruments to Quality Assurance for calibration as needed and provides reports on upcoming calibration dates.
Tracks lost or misplaced tools and equipment and manages tagged-out instruments in both physical location and Cribware system.
Assists with periodic inventory and maintains a perpetual inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
Inspects and measures tools and equipment for defects and reports damage or wear to supervisors.
Repairs, services, lubricates, marks, and identifies tools and equipment, delivering them to workers as needed.
Familiar with Bar Coding and vending dispensed tool machines.
Performs additional duties for other departments as directed.
Ensures tool crib security during work shifts.
