About The Position

Now hiring a Tool and Die Designer for a manufacturing company in Uniontown. 1 st shift: 6am – 4:30pm Weekly pay ranging between $27 - $32 per hour, depending on experience. The Tool and Die Designer is responsible for designing all types of metal stamping tooling.

Requirements

• 2-D and 3-D CAD experience is required.
• Excellent drafting and math skills.
• Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume.

Nice To Haves

• Solid Workers and Logo Press CAD experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design progressive, transfer, and line dies for metal stamping applications.
• Create detailed tool and die drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to develop tooling concepts.
• Interpret product blueprints and specifications to determine necessary tooling requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting tooling issues and maintain accurate documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
