Job Overview: The Tools Account Manager will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Hays Electrical Services’ internal tool rental program. This role will be responsible for building the program from the ground up, using Tenna as the centralized tool tracking software and fully integrating it with Vista ERP to ensure seamless financial reporting. The position is focused on building scalable processes for tool allocation, billing, and reporting across all electrical construction projects, ultimately establishing an in-house rental program comparable to an external provider such as United Rentals.
