The Supervisor: The TOC Supervisor may work various shifts and may be required to work weekends, holidays, and fill in on other shifts if needed. The primary shift for this role will be Monday through Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Shift Supervisors direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure they have a satisfactory experience. Shift Supervisors act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy. The Shift Supervisor manages the daily operations of the Traffic Operations Center Control Room. The Shift Supervisor resolves technical problems and personnel issues in a Traffic Operations Center environment. The Shift Supervisor uses expertise in customer service, supervision and technical knowledge gained from prior technical, computer and supervisory experience to resolve issues surrounding usage, training, and daily delivery of services to the customer, first responders, and the motoring public.
