About The Position

Mid Cities Psychiatry in Euless, TX is seeking a full-time TMS Care Navigator (TCN) to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments for Major Depressive Disorder. This innovative role, supervised by a Board Certified Psychiatrists, involves daily treatment administration, patient education coordination, and maintaining comprehensive treatment notes. The treater will also update referring providers on patient progress, collaborate with medical colleagues, and attend regular business and clinical meetings. Additional duties include scheduling TMS sessions and managing patient follow-ups. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (REQUIRED)
  • Experience with both government and commercial health insurance
  • At least 2 years of marketing or networking experience
  • At least 2 years' experience with EMR/EHR systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic data management software
  • Excellent organizational skills with innovative and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to explain and administer procedures to patients
  • Professional conduct with patients, visitors, and the public
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Adherence to established treatment and office protocols
  • High attention to detail
  • Capable of managing referral reporting and marketing efforts
  • Experience working with TMS trainers and support services
  • Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within a specified area
