About The Position

In this essential, client-facing role, you will guide patients through their mental health journey by facilitating referrals, educating them on innovative treatments—including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine, and Ketamine therapies—and ensuring seamless care coordination. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about mental health and bring energy, adaptability, and professionalism. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or lead generation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and represents the clinic with confidence, warmth, and care. At Mid Cities Psychiatry we are dedicated to providing the best mental health services across the state of Texas through medication management, counseling, and implementing innovative treatments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or lead generation (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR systems
  • Demonstrated success in sales or client relations
  • Warm, engaging, and approachable demeanor
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with excellent multitasking and follow-through skills
  • Confident and polished, with a poised and composed demeanor
  • Maintains a professional appearance and represents the clinic with grace in client-facing settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A sincere interest in patient well-being and mental health support
  • Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a positive, welcoming experience
  • Sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex situations
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills to inform, engage, and support patient decision-making
  • Flexible in approach while staying focused on care outcomes and clinic goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic data management software.
  • Well-groomed, composed, and conscientious in appearance and documentation
  • Naturally builds rapport and projects confidence in high-visibility interactions
