WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE In this role, you will: Lead people, technology, and financial resources to achieve business objectives. Identify and implement potential improvements in processes or products, developing innovative concepts and taking calculated risks. Solve complex problems using cross-functional experience and expertise, providing coaching and support to direct reports. Oversee operational activities, including planning and coordination for repairs and maintenance of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Partner with leadership to achieve shared objectives and contribute to senior management decisions. Schedule and monitor maintenance team performance, coordinate with outside vendors, and ensure timely completion of Preventive Maintenance (PMs). Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), investigate audit observations, and perform technical evaluations to recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1+ year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Technical expertise in maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
