WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU The Optimization, Analytics & Recruitment Solutions (OARS) organization plays a critical role in enabling predictable, efficient, and patient‑centric delivery of Pfizer’s clinical development portfolio. As OARS continues to evolve and scale its impact, strong operational leadership and disciplined execution across strategy, planning, and leadership operations are essential. The Leadership Operations Partner is a trusted partner to the OARS Leadership Team providing end‑to‑end ownership of OARS leadership operations, strategic planning, and execution enablement. This role ensures the OARS LT to operate with clarity, focus, alignment and effective decision making. This role leads integrated planning and execution against the OARS Strategic Roadmap, drives leadership forums and engagement activities, and provides day‑to‑day executive support to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The role is designed as a 12-18 month development assignment offering broad exposure to enterprise leadership, strategic execution, and operating model design, while delivering immediate value to OARS and Clinical Development & Operations (CD&O). WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE OARS Strategic Roadmap Ownership Own and continuously maintain the OARS Strategic Roadmap, ensuring clear articulation of priorities, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes. Translate strategy into integrated execution plans, aligning initiatives across OARS capabilities and leadership portfolios. Track progress against roadmap commitments; proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and decision points for LT action. Develop and deliver strategic updates and materials for LT, governance forums, and senior stakeholders. 2. Leadership Planning & Operating Rhythm Lead end‑to‑end planning for OARS, including annual and multi‑year planning cycles. Design, implement and manage the OARS leadership operating cadence, ensuring clarity on forums, decision rights, and escalation paths. Coordinate inputs across LT members to drive alignment, sequencing, and prioritization of initiatives. Support preparation for enterprise level planning, prioritization, and funding discussions. 3. Executive Leadership & LT Support Act as a thought partner to the Head of OARS and OARS Leadership Team, framing issues, options, and recommendations to enable effective decision-making Support LT effectiveness through agenda setting, pre‑reads, follow‑ups, and decision tracking. Drive closure on LT actions and commitments, ensuring accountability and follow‑through. Provide ad‑hoc executive support on high‑priority, time‑sensitive, or cross‑cutting initiatives. 4. Culture, Engagement & All‑Hands Leadership Own planning and execution of OARS All Hands meetings, including agenda development, narrative, logistics, and follow‑through. Partner with LT members to shape culture, engagement, and change initiatives aligned to OARS priorities and values. Support clear and consistent communication of strategy, progress, and key messages across the OARS organization. Ensure leadership communications are consistent, clear, and aligned with enterprise direction. 5. Cross‑Functional Coordination & Enablement Serve as a central coordination point across OARS capabilities to enable efficient execution and minimize duplication. Partner with Finance, HR, Communications, and CD&O Business Operations as needed to support LT priorities. Enable smooth and effective onboarding of new LT members and support leadership transitions.
