Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
Able to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Detail-oriented and organized — you enjoy checking boxes and getting things right the first time
Comfortable working with computers and handling paperwork
Ready to grow with a company that invests in its people

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role
Notary Public certification
Bilingual or multilingual

Responsibilities

Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations
Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone
Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines
Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments
Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must
