About The Position

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our store located in Henderson, NV. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in the processing of car deals, verify costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Requirements

• Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Preferred
• Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK
• Casual dress
• Strong, creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and think critically to identify improvement opportunities
• Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small
• Decision making that demonstrates good judgment and potential leadership development
• Clean motor vehicle record and criminal background record

Responsibilities

• Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Pull reports from our TRAC system
• Process rejections
