Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in title and registration processing preferred.
Familiarity with DMV rules and procedures is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computer systems and software related to record keeping.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents accurately and timely.
Coordinate with state agencies and internal departments to ensure compliance with DMV requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and transactions.
Assist customers with questions regarding their vehicle registrations and titles.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all personal and vehicle information.
Support dealership staff with title and registration related tasks as needed.
