Intake o Meet with assigned complainants and respondents to discuss and provide information regarding applicable university processes, available resources, interim measures, reporting, and resolution options. Investigations o Conduct prompt, equitable, and impartial investigations into complaints, including identifying and interviewing involved parties and witnesses, gathering and assessing information relevant to the investigation, and applying relevant policies and procedures to determine the most appropriate course of action. o Ensure timely resolutions of assigned cases. Training, Education, and Outreach o Assist with the development of training and outreach programs. o Provide training to students, faculty, and staff on issues related to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and ADA. o Serve as a point of contact by providing subject-matter expertise on requirements of and compliance with Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA, ADEA, VAWA, Campus SaVE, NSU polices, and related federal and state laws. Case Management o Maintain detailed records of reports and assigned cases utilizing a case management system. Additional Duties o Facilitate interactive process for employees seeking ADA and religious accommodations. o Facilitate interactive processes for students seeking religious and pregnancy-based accommodations. o Perform additional duties as assigned.
