The Title IV-E Manager provides strategic leadership and subject matter expertise for Title IV-E eligibility determination across Foster Care, Subsidized Adoption, and Guardianship programs. This position oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for determining and maintaining federal Title IV-E eligibility and ensures compliance with all applicable federal regulations and guidance issued by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The Title IV-E Manager serves as the agency’s primary expert on federal Title IV-E policy, interpretation, and implementation and plays a critical role in policy development, program integrity, and federal review preparedness.
