We are now hiring a full time Automotive Title Clerk. Successful candidates are organized, detail oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have prior dealership title experience, as well as accounting knowledge. Requirements

  • Previous dealership title experience is required!
  • High School diploma
  • Computer literacy
  • Precise, loyal, and determined to meet high quality standards
  • You are willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled and submit to third party vendors
  • Reconcile title and registration schedules
  • Process payments to third party vendors
  • Process refund checks to customers
  • Stay abreast of title regulations
