About The Position

Toyota of Kirkland, a dealership in the O'Brien Auto Group, is currently looking to add a Title Clerk to the team. This position pays $27.00 per hour. Medical/Dental/Vision/RX Ancillary Benefits such as Short/Long Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Spousal/Child coverages 401(k) plus company match Job Summary: The Title Clerk will be directly responsible for processing all customer, internal, and wholesale licensing. Regular attendance is essential. Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company. Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work. Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background screening. Responsibilities

  • Write POs from signed we owes and post to vehicle jackets.
  • Run daily reports
  • Audit RDRs
  • Stock in incoming vehicles
  • Licensing new and used vehicles.
  • Prepare paperwork for dealer trades.
  • Sell our car and stock in new car
  • Type checks RDRs
  • Wholesale buying and selling.
  • Audit any title we give or receive, make trade jackets, and pull yellow purchase order to give to general manager for follow up.
  • Give deal to car billing desk and when accounting is finished pull licensing.
  • Stocking in cars.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Including cross training within the Accounting Office Department (AP/AR, Title Clerk, File Clerk)
