Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of automotive titling experience
- Knowledge of title documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Solid computer skills
- Professional communication and phone manner
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles accurately and within company timelines
- Research and resolve title issues
- Follow state-specific titling guidelines
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries professionally
- Perform administrative support (data entry, filing, document prep)
