Requirements
- 5+ years of previous Title Experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
- Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Responsibilities
- Work and process 35 - 45 Colorado Titles per day in addition to working out of State title work.
- Check-in new vehicle Certificates of Origin (Titles), record stock numbers and file appropriately.
- Call to research Titles not received from Customers and Lienholders, document all research.
- Apply for duplicate Titles from the State of Colorado.
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers, lenders, and other Schomp employees regarding Title status.
- Assist with answering Titling questions received by email.
- Perform all functions by following company-approved processing procedures.
- Responsible for customer data privacy; keeping computers and files protected.
- Notify manager of problem Titles; follow-up on all out-standing Title issues.
