This role is responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing necessary tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance, and act with honesty and integrity. They must lead with the member in mind, address concerns, and escalate as appropriate, ensuring a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues. Team members are also expected to deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive member experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards is essential. This includes working as a team to deliver daily GOLD club standards, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans executed, signage is accurate, and the club is clean and organized. Furthermore, the position requires understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and recognizing the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
