The Tire Sales and Installation role is responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing them, completing necessary documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and compliance, strive for flawless execution, and act with honesty and integrity, always prioritizing the member. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate, Fast, Friendly) and GOLD Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized, inside and out) is crucial. Team members should also understand how to access and interpret production and financial performance reports for their department, recognizing the impact of consistent execution on the business.
