About The Position
Oversee day-to-day activities and processes related to Track/ATOM, including daily reporting for compliance, escalation of approving contractor time, and ensuring all exception hours (overtime, working offsite, etc.) are managed and properly allocated. Headcounts and monitoring Track/ATOM Support Track/ATOM end-users to meet refinery goals by providing basic level technical support on the Track/ATOM system, troubleshooting issues within the Track/ATOM system, and setting up new users in Track/ATOM to facilitate timely and accurate invoice payment. Assist with the development and maintenance of all Track/ATOM end-user training materials; responsible for the ongoing delivery of all Track/ATOM end-user training and ongoing support of new users. Responsible for the health, safety and environmental performance and awareness in area of responsibility to achieve the refinery goals of zero incidents, accidents, no harm to people and no harm to the environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years ATOM/TRACK experience
- ATOM/TRACK experience in a petrochemical or industrial environment
- Active TWIC Card
