The Time-Critical Account Manager (Cargo) is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the time-critical vertical. This involves providing tailored solutions to meet clients' critical transportation needs and the booking and execution of time critical shipments. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with vendors, operators and client suppliers to deliver exceptional service, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of time-critical logistics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client expectations, anticipate challenges, and deliver innovative solutions to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role will be office based at the Wheels Up MOC/East Coast with no direct reports. The role begins on a training schedule during standard business hours. Once key milestones are met and training is successfully completed, the position transitions to a rotating day/night shift pattern.
