The Company is a fast-growing, TikTok-native marketing agency that partners with brands to fully manage and scale their TikTok presence. Unlike traditional agencies, we operate as an end-to-end TikTok partner, owning execution across: TikTok Shop setup & operations Creator/affiliate management Campaign execution Performance optimization The team operates in pod structures, where each Account Manager is supported by: TikTok Shop Operations Specialists (technical/backend) Creator/Affiliate Specialists (growth/marketing) Due to rapid client growth in Q1, we are expanding its TikTok Shop Operations team to support increasing demand. We are currently experiencing a capacity gap: 7 existing TikTok Shop Ops team members 3+ Account Managers currently under-supported Need to hire 3 additional specialists immediately The biggest challenge so far: Most candidates are strong in affiliate/creator campaigns, but lack the technical/backend TikTok Shop expertise required for this role. This position is NOT a marketing role. It is a technical operations role focused on infrastructure, setup, and troubleshooting.
