The TikTok Shop Media Specialist is a critical role within the TikTok Shop team at SharkNinja and plays an essential part in driving profitable growth through social commerce. This role is fully dedicated to the strategy, development, and execution of TikTok Shop media, with a strong focus on performance, creator-led commerce, and conversion. Reporting into the TikTok Shop organization, this role will work closely with TikTok Shop leadership to drive media performance, including a strong focus on CAM efficiency and optimization. The Specialist will also partner with the TikTok Commercialization team to ensure media strategies support platform priorities, scaling opportunities, and revenue growth. In addition, this role will collaborate with internal Digital Media and Social teams to ensure TikTok Shop media efforts are integrated into a broader full-funnel media strategy, while maintaining clear ownership of TikTok Shop media execution and performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Digital Media, Social, Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research & Analytics, Finance, the TikTok Affiliate Lead, and the TikTok Commercialization team to ensure TikTok Shop activations are collaborative, organized, on schedule, and impactful to the growth of SharkNinja brands.
