About The Position

Comfrt is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Specialist to own and scale TikTok as both a brand discovery channel and a high-velocity commerce engine. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and focused on unlocking growth across TikTok Shop, paid media, creators, affiliates, and live shopping. You will operate as the day-to-day owner of TikTok Shop performance, partnering closely with TikTok, internal growth teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to unlock growth at scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance media (with hands on TikTok Shop Seller Center, Ads Manager experience).
  • Proven success managing TikTok Shop and/or paid campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends. Algorithms and the levers to drive velocity and performance on the platform across paid, earned and owned.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and reporting on KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and experience of TikTok Seller Center and Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading partner-facing conversations.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and bias for action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, paid, and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and Live Shopping teams
  • Own campaign setup, registration, flighting, execution, and performance reporting within TikTok Seller Center
  • Lead campaign launches end-to-end, managing timelines, assets, testing, and optimization across Shop and web.
  • Partner with TikTok on betas, incentive programs, and platform optimizations to accelerate growth.
  • Evaluate and lead adoption of new TikTok commerce features in partnership with Growth, CRM, CX, and Ecommerce.
  • Oversee channel Shop Design across home page design, merchandising, module placement and CRO testing
  • Build product collections in conjunction with campaigns, large moments and channel-specific offerings
  • Enhance channel UX with with TTS x Comfrt product roadmap in new modules, testing opportunities & channel enhancements
  • Build CRO roadmap syncing learnings from TTS to other channels, as well as contribute & deliver new ideas in apps, promotions, product feed connectors and overall channel insights & health metrics
  • Define, track, and report KPIs across TikTok Shop, paid campaigns, and organic performance (GMV, ROAS, CAC, CVR).
  • Identify gaps in attribution and measurement; collaborate with TikTok and internal teams to improve data visibility.
  • Leverage TikTok Market Scope (TTMS), Seller Center data, customer reviews, CX insights, and tools like Kalodata to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance to track TikTok Shop as a standalone P&L and support forecasting and performance reviews.
  • Translate TikTok learnings and priorities into clear directives for the growth team, creative strategist, CX, CRM and creator and affiliate teams.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to ensure assets are optimized for TikTok formats and timelines.
  • Maintain alignment with product, inventory, and ecommerce teams to ensure accurate planning and execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to campaign setup, tracking, or platform operations.
  • Lead partner and internal discussions with confidence, using data to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
  • Operate with a solutions-first mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
