About The Position

As the TikTok Shop Manager, you'll own SharkNinja's TikTok storefront and ensure seamless campaign readiness, fulfillment execution, and live selling operations. You'll manage listings, coordinate promotions, and support live events in partnership with our Affiliate, Inventory, and Marketing teams - ensuring every product featured in live or on-platform campaigns is available, compliant, and optimized for conversion. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of eCommerce operations, live commerce, and data-driven execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace management, or live shopping (TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, QVC, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing storefronts and live campaign readiness - ideally within TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and performance reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional communication.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of SharkNinja's TikTok Shop - listings, pricing, content accuracy, and compliance.
  • Manage the storefront catalog: upload new SKUs, update creative assets, ensure consistent branding, and optimize for search/discoverability.
  • Partner with the Pricing & Promotion Manager to ensure accurate and timely application of coupons, bundles, and platform promotions.
  • Monitor listing health and campaign performance, identifying errors or compliance risks proactively. Shop health is vital.
  • Partner with US TikTok Shop team to prepare product listings and readiness ahead of TikTok LIVE events and campaign pushes.
  • Support live selling activations by ensuring featured products are live, stocked, and correctly priced in real time.
  • Monitor live event dashboards and troubleshoot product visibility, pricing sync, or checkout issues during broadcasts.
  • Collaborate with TikTok's category managers to coordinate live campaigns, Mega Sales, and platform-led initiatives.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate stock replenishment and delivery performance.
  • Partner with the Order Management Specialist to resolve return, refund, and fraud cases efficiently.
  • Analyze returns data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions with teams.
  • Track and report on sales, GMV, campaign results, and fulfillment KPIs weekly.
  • Provide actionable insights on listing performance, campaign ROI, and live event conversion.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline listing management, content updates, and order accuracy.
