About The Position

This role is focused on managing TikTok Shop affiliate operations and supporting the backend processes that drive creator partnerships and campaign execution. You will oversee the full lifecycle of affiliate creators—from outreach and onboarding to contract management and performance tracking—within a fast-paced, Slack-first environment. The position is highly execution-driven and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. You will work closely with an Israel-based team while coordinating with US stakeholders, making time zone alignment and responsiveness critical. This is a high-ownership role best suited for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate operations, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong experience managing creator or vendor relationships
  • Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work within Israel time zone overlap (non-negotiable)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in fast-paced, remote environments

Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard creators as affiliate partners
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and partnership terms with creators
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are executed before activation
  • Track active partnerships and follow up on deliverables
  • Manage creator profiles and sample coordination workflows
  • Manage product listings, order coordination, and daily shop operations
  • Monitor shop performance and flag issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of creator activity and contracts
  • Ensure workflows and documentation are up to date
  • Respond to client requests via Slack in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve inquiries independently when possible
  • Escalate issues with context when necessary
  • Maintain a strong presence in client-facing communication channels
  • Coordinate timelines for content delivery and campaign launches
  • Manage outreach and onboarding of new creators
  • Track and log all vendor communications
  • Maintain organized documentation across all workstreams
  • Support internal team coordination as needed
  • Keep task tracking systems and tools updated
