We reach hundreds of millions of people every month by creating content that feels human, culturally relevant, and worth sharing. TikTok is a critical part of our future growth. This role exists to make it exceptional. We are hiring a TikTok Lead Social Manager to take full ownership of Pubity’s TikTok presence. This role is responsible for everything on the platform, including strategy, content, people, growth, and performance. You will run TikTok as its own ecosystem within Pubity Group, with clear accountability and real autonomy. This is not a junior or execution only role. You are expected to lead.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running a high growth TikTok account or portfolio
  • Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and storytelling formats
  • Experience managing freelancers or small teams
  • Ability to think strategically while executing at pace
  • Strong editorial judgement and cultural awareness
  • Comfortable owning performance and outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own Pubity’s TikTok channel end to end
  • Set and evolve the TikTok content strategy, formats, and posting cadence
  • Be accountable for growth, engagement, and audience development, with a strong focus on the US
  • Monitor platform changes and trends and act quickly on opportunities
  • Define what high quality Pubity TikTok content looks like
  • Build repeatable, scalable formats across UGC, originals, explainers, reactions, and series
  • Maintain editorial standards, tone, and taste at scale
  • Ensure content feels native to TikTok and aligned with Pubity’s brand
  • Hire, brief, and manage TikTok freelancers and contributors
  • Set clear expectations, targets, and feedback loops
  • Build efficient workflows that support speed without sacrificing quality
  • Foster a collaborative, high output team culture
  • Track performance daily and weekly
  • Analyse what is working and why
  • Use data and insights to inform creative and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to improve systems
  • Use TikTok as a testing ground for new ideas and formats
  • Identify content with potential to scale into larger franchises or standalone channels
  • Work closely with Editorial, Studio, and Commercial teams to develop winning ideas
  • Own the day to day relationship with TikTok platform partners
  • Stay ahead of new features, tools, and monetisation opportunities
  • Ensure the channel is structured and prepared for revenue opportunities
