The person in this position will provide trouble shooting and assistance with classroom equipment; images and repairs classroom equipment; and simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. The duties will include: All Tier 2 duties Interaction with Undergraduate School (UGE), helpdesk staff, DEVOPS, network team to restore service and or identify and correct core problems. Will document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
