About The Position

Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine - private medicine - by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician-led teams work in concert with our gynecologists, Naturopathic Medicine Doctors, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests. Role Summary: System Administrator I supports Private Medical’s SaaS platforms, security infrastructure in adherence to HIPAA protocols, and application integrations using API calls. This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, both in-person and remotely. SSO/SAML/OAuth management, administers Google Workspace and Okta, and assists with IT projects across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • 4 of years in IT support and system administration
  • Must have advanced macOS, iOS, and Apple-related products proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of AWS and GCS
  • Admin experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM's
  • Knowledge of OAuth/SSO provisioning
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work on‑site and travel when required

Responsibilities

  • Administer user accounts, groups, and policies in Google Workspace and Okta.
  • Manage SaaS tools including Zoom, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Exclaimer.
  • Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.
  • Support Mosyle MDM workflows including device profiles, policies and app deployment.
  • Troubleshoot access, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.
  • Escalate complex system issues to Systems Administrator II.
  • Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.
  • Provide on‑site support 3 days per week within assigned region.
  • Travel as needed for org-wide project rollouts, network upgrades, and system maintenance .
  • Create, maintain system and workflow documentation in Confluence.
  • Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.
