About The Position

Overview: The Durham Bulls are seeking a motivated, service-driven individual to join our Box Office team as a Ticketing Service Intern for the 2025 season. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional fan experience by supporting ticketing operations and customer service efforts. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Close vision and ability to differentiate colors
• Ability to use hands for typing and other essential job functions
• Ability to remain focused and productive in noisy, crowded environments with multiple distractions
• May require working outdoors in varying and unpredictable weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind
• A pre-employment drug screening is required

Responsibilities

• Process and service ticket orders using the ticketing system
• Assist with season ticket and ticket plan renewals
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of ballpark staff and clients
• Deliver a consistently high level of service and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person at the Box Office
• Perform additional ticket operations and administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with all events held at Durham Bulls Athletic Park
• Support general Front Office operations, including hiring events, special events, tarp pulls, and other duties typical of a Minor League Baseball front office
