This position supports ticket sales and customer service for a wide range of campus sporting and fine arts events. The role is primarily phone-based, assisting customers as they purchase tickets online, while also responding to emails and text messages during office hours. Additional shifts take place during evening events, providing in-person customer service and ticket sales at event venues. Note: This is a part-time position (17.5) hours per week.
