About The Position

The Office Clerk will support daily administrative operations for a busy bathroom and remodeling services company. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 3–4 weeks, with the potential to extend based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Previous clerical, data entry, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Provide general clerical and administrative office support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Make outbound calls to provide order updates (script provided)
  • Send emails to clients regarding project and order status
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned
