Children’s Theatre Company (CTC) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Ticketing Associate. This is a part-time 10 to 20-hour per week position with Tuesday through Friday office hours between 10:30am to 3:30pm during the season and summer hours Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm. This role is part of a collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 13, AFL-CIO. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative and customer focused, and who has the ability to positively contribute to an anti-racist/anti-bias organization. Applicants for this role should have robust problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. CTC Ticketing Associates provide excellent customer service to CTC patrons and process single ticket, subscription, and Theatre Arts Training class orders and exchanges over the telephone, through the mail, and at the ticket office. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys making conversation, solving problems for others and who can retain a lot of information about a large product catalog. Please note this is currently a remote position; CTC will provide you with a laptop, headset, and mouse. This position reports to the Ticket Office Manager.
