About The Position

We are looking for a skilled TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer with strong experience in BW 5.x and TIBCO EMS to design, build, and support enterprise integration solutions. This role focuses on messaging, SOA-based architectures, and API integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x
Expertise in TIBCO EMS and messaging concepts (JMS, MQ)
Experience with SOAP/REST services and API integration
Proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI
Solid SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
Knowledge of TIBCO Adapters (JDBC, File, SAP)
Understanding of SOA principles and integration patterns
5+ years in TIBCO BW development and enterprise integration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x
Build and manage messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS (queues, topics, fault tolerance)
Develop and integrate SOAP and RESTful services
Perform data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON
Monitor and administer TIBCO environments (Administrator, Hawk)
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SOA and integration design
